Define a region of the screen to be used to display a new 9-slice bargraph identified by the specified index. New
indices will overwrite old, invalid directions will default to 0, and inverted min and max values will be corrected.

Leftmost coordinate of the bargraph.
Topmost coordinate of the bargraph.
9-Slice buffer index of the foreground image.
9-Slice buffer index of the background image.
Direction that the bargraph will take, as per eBargraphOrientation values.
